HURRY-HURRY-HURRY

It is thursday and OH so cold, I am not getting outside. I have spent the whole day quilting.


Coy goes in such a hurry in everything he does and has been so accident prone today.
He almost goes in a run, he is what mother would say is flighty.


He was looking for some tape and nearly broke my christmas plates, by slamming a drawer too hard. He is so careless some days. At lunch he broke a plate, a corning ware plate that shatters into a thousand pieces when dropped. He was getting some roast gravy and putting it on a piece of bread, he dropped the lid to the slow cooker on the plate and it went everywhere. The floor and cabinet was covered with shavings of glass. I am a lot like my mother about broken stuff especially in my kitchen. I hate it. But we got it all cleaned up and the flooor mopped. He is always spilling coffer grounds all over the cabinet, that is an everyday thing. He makes coffer at least 5 times a day, usually 2 cups at a time.

I finished Kiefer's quilt today it sure is pretty, can't wait to get it quilted. I have got to get started on his pillow of his mothers pictures. These cold days is perfect for sewing. I do not like the winter time, cannot seem to dress warm enough.
I hear the wind just howling and I know it would be very cold outside,suppose to be 14 outside tonight.
The house is warm thank the Lord for wood. Central heat is always cold to me.
