OUR VACATION

It begin on the 16 of march, we went camping early in the week and we thought Kiefer and Maranda was coming with us on Friday when we went in for the Gaither concert, but to my surprise they made them go to their Memaw in Pine Bluff, but that is OK. We had a good time, the weather was yucky every other day. Not much rain but just windy and cloudy.

We was walking one day and seen an old hollow stump, it was still attached to the ground.

They was having a boat show that day and I guess one of the guest boaters bumped it and

before we left it was loose, so we ask the ranger if we could have it, so we loaded it in the back of

the trailer. It was a chore to load, we was being careful not to break the bark off of it. It was not that heavy, just bundlesome. I have not decided where I am going to put it yet.

From there we went home for a day, picked up Kiefer and Maranda and our 4 wheelers and headed to Roy's. We camped up on top of a mountain, Before we got to the top, Coy told Maranda we would be nearly to Heaven by the time we get to the top. They had been discussing Heaven. Maranda rode with Coy and Kiefer rode with me. I pulled the 4*wheelers. We was the only ones up there. It was wet and rainy, but we only slept up there. We had full hook-ups which was nice. It is always nice to have those. We got up early, fried bacon, eggs, and fixed biscuits also. Oh yea, I forgot home made hash browns. When we just finished fixing, Roy called (my brother) and invited us to breakfast. He had biscuits and gravy, sausage gravy . Oh well next time. We left and went to Roy's, met Jeanette and CW. And we all loaded up and went to the woods. We had a wonderful day riding. Kiefer really enjoyed his self. He never missed one mud hole and made many trips through some. We dug some bulbs and see a few wild flowers, not many yet too early, I guess. That evening they went fishing in the pond. Catch and release, CW said that was the first time he had to realease big cropies. Roy really had a time with Kiefer. Jeanette and CW and Nicole spent the night. We went back to the trailer.The wind was so strong we had to take down our E-Z UP and put up our canopy on the trailer. It stormed all night. We prayed before we retired and went right to bed and went to sleep. Did not feel the wind shake the trailer not one time. That is what God can do, if we only trust him. It rained so hard.

Roy said if it got to bad we could come back over there. But it was OK.

We left our trailer parked at the back of Roy's by the pond . We returned that Sunday night after Church. They was still up when we got there, Went in visited and played WII for a while and went to the trailer. Write later about that week.
